The unit is a “L’Humiditemp” (now known as Vinotheque) Model 320 CRU series.

Capacity: 320 bottles. Redwood racking. Cabinet is oak stained in antique walnut (not dark).

Dimensions: 32 W x 28 D x 74 H. New Wisperkool 2500 unit installed 4 years ago.

The lower hinge needs some extra support, as the door tends to “sag” about 3/8 an inch. A simple steel plate on the bottom needs to be added.

It has sweet tannins and plenty of mid-palate depth, and I suspect it will drink nicely right out of the gate. $90

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain is composed of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Malbec, 5% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Saint Macaire, 2% Cabernet Franc and 1% Carménère.
