Winery Notes:
The 2021 Estate White is a bright pale straw with a touch of celadon green. Aromas of fresh pineapple, mandarin orange and lime zest are very concentrated in this wine. Tasting this wine initially shows great viscosity and acid balance. Dominant flavors are key lime, apricot and then just a touch of tropical guava. It finishes clean and has a nice round, fresh mouthfeel.

I loved the 2021 White Blend Estate White, a Bordeaux Blanc-like blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Semillon. Bright citrus, pink grapefruit, and a kiss of minty herbs all give way to a medium-bodied, round, supple, beautifully balanced white that’s drinking nicely today. It will keep for 3-4 years, although there’s no need to delay gratification.

Distinctive, aromatic and wonderfully elegant, this white shows details of beeswax, litsea oil and a whiff of smoked sea salt, which adds complexity to the core of tangerine, peach and lemon curd. Long, long finish. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Drink now. 600 cases made.

Intense lemon peel on the nose, with hints of peppermint, guava and mango. Very pretty and textured on the palate, with some nice volume to the mid-palate. A nice, saline smack to the finish. 88% sauvignon blanc and 12% semillon. Delicious now.
